Milestone confirmation

Friends,

I want to confirm till op. 20 out of 60 operations.

T-code:- CO11N

Order xxx

Oper./activity 20 sequence 0

But error occure like:-

Milestone operation 0010 of sequence 0 in order xxx not yet confirmed.

So hoe to proceed now?

Dear Sandy,

As explained by our other forum members,it seems the operation 0010 or 10 is assigned with a control key which is to be treated

as milestone operation(control key with milestone confirmation).So in this case either you have to confirm the operation 0010 first

or else change the control key for the operation 0010 which is having a control key say PP01 (standard SAP settings).

Check and revert

I solved this problem myself but in co11n t the time of goods movement when storage location mentioned following error is coming :-

Entry **** does not exist in T001L (check entry)

(**** four stars are the name of storage location)

Dear

Check in MRP3/Work Scheduling view whether you have maintained Production Storage location where this GR needs to happen for FG .

Check the Storage loaction for Raw materil in case if you are BACKFLASH AND cHECK IN Goods Movement Tab -CO11N-correct Storage loaction as per the above information .

If you are doing CO11N-For Raw material and FG storage location should be correct in Goods Movement tab .

check the Storage location which you have assigned to header as well as components in work scheduling view.also check in OX09 for your plant all the sloc are assigned or not.

Using transaction MMSC extend the material in the plant to storage location **** and then perform the confirmation. In future please post new problem in new thread.

Dear ,

In your case , if you keep Operation 10 as Milestone by assinging a Control Key like PP01 where Milestone is active (Confirmation filed set 1-Milestone in OPJ8) , then it will not allow you to confirm operation 20.

You can keep 20 as milestone operation by assining a control key where Milestone is set ( OPJ8-Select or copy any control key like PP01-Asisng 1-as Milestone Confirmation in Confrimation Filed ) so that you do not need to confrim preceding operation -10 at all .Make sure that you should assing PP01-Standrad where Confriamtion Filed should be blank in OPJ8.

Hi,

There may be milestone confirmation in control key assigned to operation 20.So instead of milestone confirmation select confirmation required(2).Or first confirm operation no.10 then go to operation no.20

Check the control key assigned to operation 0010 in routing , check the confirmations as is assigned to control key.

For operation 10, you have maintained a control key (confirmation as Mile stone confirmation)

Create a separate control key in OP00 copy as pp01 and change the setting confirmation as blank- confirmation possible but not necessary

and assign to operation 10 in routing & production order

and then you can confirm the 20 operation directly in CO11n
