Guidance on GRR1 - Report Painter (Create) Cost Element Report

HI -

The business have requested a report via GRR1 - Report Painter

They want the following fields

A. Cost Element Numbers

B. Cost Element Names

C. Actual for Month u2013 current year u2013 Version 0

D. Revised Budget for Month u2013 current year u2013 Plan Version 1

E. Variance (B u2013 C)

F. Year to date Actual u2013 current year u2013 Version 0

G. Year to date Revised Budget u2013 current year u2013 Plan Version 1

H. Variance (E u2013 D)

I. Prior Year: year to date actual u2013 Version 0

J. Full Year Revised Budget u2013 Plan Version 1

K. Full Year Original Budget u2013 Plan Version 0

L. Last Year Actual Costs for 12 months u2013 Version 0

Should I be using Library - 5A1 - Cost Element Accounting - COFIT. Else do I need to create a NEW library from scratch. How do I do this? If any on could provide me with step by step instructions on how to create the above Cost Element report that would be appreciated.

The business would then use this to run via particulat cost element and cost centre groups.
