movement type 521

Dear all,

How and where do i find out that which user is authorised to post entries with movement type 521. As a MM consultant i need to help my basis colleague to find an authorization object if any. As part of a security measure the client wants only a couple of users to have the authorization to post entries using movement type 521.

How and where do i get this information?

thanks,

Sudish

    Hi dear,

There are several ways try this.

    1) The best way to get this is Search for the roles in SUIM -> Roles by Complex Selection Criteria -> Selection by Field name . Put Filed name BWART values 521. This will list down the roles with the given values and then check who are the users with these roles..

    2) Check in transaction code S_BCE_68001398 .

In this transaction code you need to enter the transaction code and then system will give u the list of users having authorization of this T.Code
