Display of Context menu for Public/Personal Documents

Hello Gurus,

i am confronted with a problem.

when we click on Documents -> Overview -> Public Documents, i get the public documents iview in the content area. But the wedge near the Public or Privat Documents is missing. So, the context menu can not be displayed and the following options:

1) New -> folder, upload, text file, HTML File, Link, External Link and Forms.

2) Add to portal favourites

3) Send To

4) Go to

5) Details for Link

6) Details

are not shown.

How can i restore those settings for Public and private documents?
