Missing "Recordset sequence" Parameter in File Content Conversion tab in Sender SFTP Channel

We are using SAP PO 7.5 and we have installed SFTP adapter as per note 2144272. when we were configuring the channel we found that in Sender SFTP Adapter in "Content Conversion" tab we are missing "Recordset sequence" parameter and due to which we are unable to process files.

Please advise how to move further.

Hi Nikhilesh,

we faced the same issue with the SFTP FCC, we used MTB as we dint have time to get response from SAP.

I think this issue is resolved with the latest SFTP adapter patch level.

I am not sure this option is not available in latest SP as well.

you can try with MTB or raise to SAP as Eve Suggested.

This option is still not yet avilable in latest SP.

I have raised OSS for the same or else we have MTB as another option.

Hi Nikhilesh!

I'm not much experienced in working with SFTP adapter but you could try to use MessageTransformBean instead of using FCC as message protocol if you need to set "Recordset Sequence" to "Variable".

But as per my info MessageTransformBean for FCC in SFTP used earlier in older PI versions and then SAP came with patch where after applying that we can use FCC directly in specfying FCC tab.

I've just suggested the way to solve your problem right now.

You also can contact SAP to find out either any additional patches/notes required to fix this issue or it's a bug that needs to be fixed from the SAP's side.
