Service Calls and Customer Equipment cards

Hi Experts,

Prior to the 8.8 version upgrade the customer equipment cards showed all transactions for a serial number u2013 i.e. if it was resold and who it was ultimately invoiced to. Since the upgrade it only shows the initial transactions.

Also, if they have any info regarding the changing of customer equipment cards from one BP to another. At the moment it is a cumbersome task and requires cancelling of the service contract, manually moving every single service call attached to the equipment card by linking it to the new BP before it allows the change. This does not make sense and I am sure SAP must have a better solution in the event of one customer taking over a machine from another.
