CAPEX (PS) WBS Issue between Commitments VS Actuals

Hi Team,

Help me on below issue

CAPEX projects commitments and actuals were booked in SAP without the release in SAP. The goal would be for the project to be completely blocked until the Supervisor releases it.

So, the analysts create and release the budget in CJ30, but only after Supervisor release in CJ32 the project would be open for commitments and actuals.

We have example, Project it appears in SAP as created (normally would appear as released or in force after the proper release).However it was not released by the Supervisor CAPEX. But we have actuals. The goal would be for the project to be completely blocked until the Supervisor releases it.

Is it possible CAPEX projects commitments and actuals were booked in SAP without release in SAP.

As you might have figured out, PR/PO can be cut on WBS Element that is not released, but to charge actual cost (including GR/IR) it must be released.
