EIC - Followup activity not appering in EIC agent2 Inbox

Hi,

I have 2 EIC agents (agent1 & agent2). Agent1 puts a follow up activity for agent2 but it is not appearing in agent2 inbox. Kindly let me know the correct configuration for this.
