DSM error with an PFCG role running NWBC to run Audit Management

I have created an role in transaction PFCG, and add transaction NWBC, PLMD_AUDIT and PLM_AUDITMONITOR to the role.

Then I assign the role to a user in SU01.

But when the user logon and run transaction NWBC and then go to Audit Management, it always give errors as below:

DSM: XHR Status was 500,

not able to deliver PRO54-DSM data

Anyone konws the reason for this issue?
