Batch Job not Running and status is always Ready

Team,

Could Some one through lights on how to execute batch Job in SAP GRC AC 5.3. we have configured GRC successfully (by uploading all necessary files including SAPOBJ, SAPDESC reports).

Currently we have ABAP / Basis patch levels 14 and 700 RTA in Backend with 700 Kernal and Oracle 10g with Patch 4. In JAVA, CC,AE,RE are 530.700 SP5. SLD been configured successfully.

Issue which we are facing now is, when we are running Full Sync mode (not only for this, for all activitiesin AC5.3) in Configuration Tab, its showing Job status is READY. status never changing from READY stage..

we couldnt able to run FULL SYNC . May be due to this, we are not able to see existing ABAP UME and ROLES in JAVA screen selection, But can enter Manually and AC5.3(RAR) Java system taking the inputs.

Please guide me to fix this batch Job.....
