Emails not being recieved into Mailbox

Hi All,

Users are not recieving emails through to the email address from external contacts in SAP CRM.

Business are sending email to the email address from personal email account but it was not recieved in CRM. They did not recieve a delivery failure error message however.

This email is working properly with in CRM, only problem is when sending email to this email id from external id, it is not reflecting in CRM.

Can any one please help in this ?
