Hi experts,
I am using new G/L with document splitting functionality. I am able to generate P&L and balance sheet at profit centre level. Is there any standard report where I can view the the same(P&L and Balance sheet) using Profit centre group as selection criteria. I am not using classic profit centre accounting.

Joydeep
Hi Joydeep da
You need to create SET from GS01 T code... Use table BSEG-Field PRCTR and create the SET and insert Prof Center Values in it

Hi Ajay,
Thanks for your reply. I have created the set and assigned profit centres under the same. However while executing the report from FGI3 and putting the set number in the selection field "Hie:Profit Centre" , it is giving message "No hierarchy 'PCA' is available for variables 'Hie:Profit Center'
Please let me know whether to use some other T code for executing the report where I can input the set.
Is there any option to insert profit centre group as selection in satandard reports like S_PL0_86000030 - G/L Account Balances (New) , S_PL0_86000029 - Fin. Statement: Plan/Actual Comparison and other standard reports for Vendor/Customer balance disply.

Joydeep
HI,
in the report definition where the profit center variable is set as a selection criteria, tick the field "Flag for entering sets" (the one immediately after the name of the selection characteristic. This allows to enter profit center groups on the selection screen.

Hi Christian,
Thanks for your reply. I have ticked the hierarchy tab in report defination using T code FGI3. However while executing the report it is not taking the profit centre group I defined using KCH1 in the selection screen. Please guide me if I am required to do some more sttings.

Joydeep
