CRM里是否能够修改客户账户组?

ERP中的事物码XD07可以修改客户的账户组,只要该客户没有发生过财务业务,即可修改。

我们的CRM中要区分一级和二级经销商,并且二级经销商可能会升级为一级,这就可能要求修改账户组。

请问CRM中是否有相应事物码或WebClient的操作界面。

    你可以直接修改BP data, 在GUI里面用Tcode BP, 一般在Tab "Classification"中有个R/3 Account group选项的. 在WebUI里面我还没注意在哪里.

    这个要确定一个策略,你的客户主数据是以那边为准?

    如果是以R/3为准,传输到CRM后,这个帐户组在CRM这边是灰化的. 帐户组设计到NUMBER RANGE的问题.

    不能轻易去更改的,除非你是通过程序去做一些变更.
