Service Ticket Volume
These are only to be considered as examples since it is very easy to create new reports based on the delivered report areas (Activities, Campaigns, Leads, Opportunities, Service -- for EhP1 onwards there are 10 additional report areas while there is no additional report).
Thank you very much for your reply. Can you please tell me where can we get all these reports in the CRM system? ( Means how can I check these reports and utilize them?)
You can also check the building block "C41 - CRM Interactive Reporting" from CRM Best Practices V2.70 to guide you through the necessary steps to configure the reports.
After following the steps mentioned in C41 I am able to see only 5 Queries in BI whereas there are 428 BI reports in CRM system? Can you please help me in finding them?
