AUC to asset capitalisation and asset transfer from one site to another site

Hi Friends,

My Client is in textile manufacturing

They have own oulets also in different places (Eg: reebok, crocodile etc)

My clients requirement:

1)Client is purchasing assets like manniquen(human doll's placed in apparels retail store), steamers, hangers storing the same in an inventory site; they want to keep this asset like WIP(no depreciation) in inventory site; once there is a requirement from the retail stores(site) they will dispatch this asset to reatail stores(site) at the time of transfer they want to capitalize the same in the retail store (site) and they want to see the transfer of asset from one site to another site in SAP system and the client requires if incase the asset transferred from inventory site to retail store site found damage in the retail store site they want to return the same to inventory site and they require the same should be captured in the SAP system; kindly advice a process cycle

2) kindly advice how to generate asset evaluation group1 report
