We have weekly payroll...I have a situation where a deduction (union dues) is deducted on first payroll of the month.
Lets say an employee didnt work in feb , march , april and works in first pay period of may. In may the system is trying to take arrear deduction for feb,march,april and the current month may. I want to setup in the way in which the arrear deduction can go back only one month before...I mean if the employee comes back in april...then the maximum his dues which should be deducted is for april and march and not for feb...
The arrears can go back only one month....how can i set that up...and the thing is this is weekly payroll...
so please suggest how can this be taken care by...
