Hi All,
We use SRM-MDM Catalog 3.0 SP08 patch01 (7.1.05.94).
In our main table, we have the Hierarchy field, on lookup(Hierarchy) on the Hierarchy table and the Category field, on lookup(Taxonomy) on the Category table.
In our main table, the Hierarchy field is valued.
As in tables Hierarchy and Category, we have the same hierarchy (with attributes for the second one), we would like to assign the value of the Hierarchy field to the Category field.
Does anyone know how we could make it ?
Thanks for your kind help.
Hello Consultation Domaines
You can't assign value to taxonomy attribute from assignment(just only check(validate) attribute values),
but if you'd like to do that you can use MDM API functionality.
Maybe make sense to modify your repository structure for deduplicate your data?

if i have understood your problem (which you have complicated to 3rd degree) - its copying the values of Hierarchy field to taxonomy field in the main table ??!
if yes- you need to write an assignment in the Data manager to copy the contents of one field to other
see data manager reference : on how to write an assignmet !
thanks
