Hi,
I am looking for the definition by which the number of users are classified by activity if you want an overview by month in transaction ST03.
> In expert mode > workload > selecting a month > in workload overview select the tab "user" where you get an overview of users by activity in low medium and high
How are these users devided in these 3 catergories by month? What is low, medium, high user if you look over the period of 1 month?
Where can you find such documentation about the correct definitions of the data in ST03?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Kristof.
Hi,
According to SAP Sizing definitions:
Low activity users – process 12 interaction steps per hour
Medium activity users – process 120 interaction steps per hour
High activity users – process 360 interaction steps per hour
Best regards,
Sylvia

@ Kristof Smets, the figures Alexander mentioned for the Activity Categories for Users in ABAP are perfect!!! Based on the the number of active users in the analysis period, Users are grouped depending on their transaction steps per week.
@ Alexander you can check the same for the month also by selecting the "This Month" or previous months(select the dates)and click on the user tab!!! I guess there is no need for that extra brain work:)

Hi,
it's quite late, I know, but to give the numbers:
low activity means less that 400 dialog steps in a week.
high activity means more than 4.800 dialog steps a week.
medium activity is in between.
As far as I know a "week" means only the days from monday to friday. The calculation of the month's data is done with pure mathematics.
Best regards, Alexander
