Need help to prepare a user manuel

Dear Seniors,

I'm preparing a user manual for my client. I need to get some short notes for the below given T-Codes.

1. PC00_M40_CALC > Payroll Program (India)

2. S_BCE_68000174 > Environment > Current Settings > Enter Translation Rates

I tried F1 help and also tried in help.sap, but didn't get any result.

User Manuals are prepared by the consultant only. any way I am trying to guide u.

for PC00_M40_CALC--- It is the Payroll Driver for India.

Make a scrn Shot of the screen with all the input parameters like Payroll area...Period.....Payroll schema.....Indicator of Simulation run / Live run. Give description of all the necessary fields before providing to the user.

Do same for all the transactions , the user will handle.........

Prepare a complete document of transactions ..

Actually I need a simple note for these two transactions. I have prepared the same for other codes.
