PCRs in EP6.0

We are having problems with pointing the PCRs in EP6 to our custom scenarios. In EP5 you simply modified the ISR Scenario property in the master iView and made the change directly in the portal. In EP6 we can not find a way to modify the template in the portal (e.g., com.sap.pct.hcm.pcr_separation ). We even changed the property on the default.properties file and the scenario did not update on the portal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
