How Do I calculate aging of a ticket from today's date

Hello,

I'm working on a consulting project and i'm using Crystal Reports Professional XI.

I'm creating a summary report that shows Count of Tickets that are Aged by the following buckets: < 24 hrs, 24 - < 72 hrs, 72 hrs - < 1 week and > 1 week. End user wants to see tickets aged as of today's date by the mentioned aging buckets. The data that I'm using is reflecting ticket's that were entered into the system. This time is stamped with a datetime and the field name is called timelogged. So what is the best approach to aging the tickets by the mentioned aging buckets? Please advise I'm not the greatest with calculations.

If you have any questions or need additional information to answer my posting just let me know. Have a great day.

Regards,

Ting
