Installation issue with Crystal Reports Xi professional on stand alone pc.

As name states I am a total novice when it comes to this software. I am in charge of installing on company pcs.

I have ordered and installed 3 copies of the cr xi software and installed without issue. (not a server deploy)

Once pc however , the installation does not go smoothly at all. (reboots after disc 2 install) then restarts install again on login , where other pcs did not.

All pcs are xp. sp3. The install completes.

But upon every launch of the application I am prompted to enter the keycode each time.

I enter the license and am able to use, but have to each time the program is launched...states keycode is missing or invalid

I have verified the license key with support,, and have done several uninstalls/reinstalls of the application.

Including a manually uninstall as per this site instructions.

Can someone possibly point me in the right direction at a possible resolve to this issue.

I apologize if I missed any details, and will supply as needed.

Appreciate any advice one could offer
