Displaying a Pop-Up with ALV Data and Add-Delete options

In SRM Shopping Cart..through configuration Clauses/Notes tab is added. Requirement is when a user clicks on this tab, he must get a new pop-up window displaying the clauses as per the Item Category of the product. This window display the clauses in ALV format with a button to add and delete row.

I am totally new to SRM, can someone guide me as to how to implement this requirement.
