work center from QAPO stucture

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me how to find where exactly stucture QAPO is getting its data for field work center? From table QALS, the work center data is different from what is loaded to BW system. I checked structure of datasource 2LIS_05_QE2 and it shows that data for work center is from structure QAPO.

Hoping for your immediate aswers.

Get object id from PLPO,

then get the QM work center from CRHD table

Is it logical to get the 'work center' from table QALS and not from CRHD for Inspection Quantitative Data?

Why is work center from inspection lot header different from the work center from inspection plan?

Work center is not stored in QALS table. CRHD is master data table it has no transaction data.

Work center used in IL are available in QAPO structure. This structure reads data from PLPO table. PLPO only stored object ID. Work center master data is read from CRHD table

verify the logic by going into the tables for inspection lots with different work centers.

Hmm.. but I can see 'work center' data from QALS (different from what I get from CRHD). So perhaps it's the transactional one..? Anyway, is the 'Plant' field from QAPO also taken from table PLPO? or does it come from other table...?
