Hi Gurus,
my client requirement is like this, for some WS Rules all public holidays (PH) falls on Sunday - Thursday will be ignored, it will be set as day off (day type 1) when the PH falls on friday and saturday only,
all i know in SAP, PH distinguish by Mon - Fr, Saturday & Sunday only.
should i used special days for this case, which means i have to re-enter all PH falls on Sun - Th and set as day type 0? or any other solution?

If you are using the Working Week field in Planned Working time then may be you can write a PCR to check if the day of processing is a holiday (by querying the holiday class) then check the day number of the working week to figure out if it is a Thu, Friday, Sat, Sun and continue you conditions and/or processing to whatever results based on the requirement.
