RSS feeds improvements

Here are a couple of suggestions for improving the usability of the RSS feeds from SDN.

1. Update the forum RSS links to http instead of https

2. Make the channel title the name of the forum, discussion thread, or watch that is being provided (100 feeds all called "Welcome to the SDN forums is not very helpful)

3. Add the SAP logo for SAP employees into the feeds for forums and blog comments

4. Add the icons for question answered to the forum feeds

5. Add RSS feeds for the Developer areas

6. Add an RSS overview page from the About page describing what options for feeds are available in which parts of the site.

I hear you I hear you and forwarded your suggestions to development.

Although to put the closed question star will only come once the original poster comes back and awards points, so I question if that gives you useful information.
