We are applying OSS Note 1296042 for Digital mexican invoice... Inspite of updating SLD with latest CR content, we are unable to find the related SWCV in our SLD?
Is there a specific content that we are missing? I was looking at the attachments to the OSS note and I couldn't find any specific content that we need to import to SLD?
If any of you applied this OSS note, could you please guide me as to how we can get the SAP's SWCV in to our SLD?
Hi,
I think you will have to manually create the Product and software components.

Is that the approach taken by you guys while applying this OSS note?
We can create the product and SWCV manually... but then the GUID for the SWCV imported from the TPZ file will not match the GUID for the SWCV from SLD? We can probably transfer all the objects from the SWCV Provided by SAP to our custom SWCV and that should probably work... We wanted to confirm if that is the approach taken by others applying the OSS note.. I saw that SAP had provided the SWCV for NFE, so we were wondering if that should not be the case for DI mexico.

You could change the GUID in SLD with a trick.
But you are right: SAP has to provide the SWVC as SLD content.
You should open an OSS ticket for the issue, when you the latest SLD content does not have the SWVC.

We have opened a OSS message for the issue (and stil waiting on the response)... We were curious to see how this issue was resolved by others implementing DI Mexico (or if they didn't encounter this issue ) or somehow I am not searching the existing notes with right parameter...

Are you referring to GUID on View and Maintain Data on CIM level for the SWCV? That is probably a better alternative then transferring the objects ... Is there any risk to this approach (if SAP were to provide the CR content with the same GUID)..
I guess that probably answers my earlier question regarding how this was handled by other customers of SAP
