Blocked orders not visible in VKM1

Hi,

Usually, all blocked orders are visible by VKM1.However, some orders

seems to be blocked and NOT visible via VKM1, so the business is frustrated due to the fact that an order stays in block.

When checking VKM3, the order is visible and able to release.

Can you please advise what could be the reason,
