Make menu collapsible

There is often not enough horizontal screen space available, for example when displaying forum posts. I therefore suggest to make the menu on the left of the content area collapsible.

Additionally, I suggest to move the search area to the upper right of the content area. This seems to be the standard location for a search field today.
