Hi all,
I have 4 different clients who are having either solution manager 4 or 7.
I want to configure a central solman system where ,when a ticket is raised in one of the customer solution manager it automaticaly creates a ticket in the central solman with a unique ticket number ( could be a combo of ticket number and Customer ID).When an update is done in the central solman it should reflect in client solman also. Kindly help me on how to do this.
