Cannot see an entry in SXMB_MONI in PI but the data is passed successfully.

Hi,

My scenario is like this..

ECC --- PI -- third party (web service)

I can see the messages sent to PI in the sxmb_moni of PI.

But after that the interface that denotes calling the webservice and getting the response (via SOAP) is not seen in SXMB_MONI but the response is indeed sent by the third party and received by ECC and processed successfully.

Point to note is that I can see this message in my QA landscape but not in Production.

I manually compared each and every IB config object of QA and PRD PI systems and they are same, still in PRD alone I do not see..

For e.g.I am seeing the following in the QA landscape but the last 2 lines are missing in the PI PRD sxmb_moni

SAP_QA urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages

Third_party_QA_Legacy urn:XXXX.com:SD:TP_IN_interface:int_10:Legacy

BusService_File urn:XXXX.com:SD:TP_Webservice:int_20:Legacy

BusService_Soap urn:XXXX.com:SD:TP_Webservice:int_20:Legacy

Any advice ?

is this a sync interface?

try to set the LOGGING_SYNC parameter to 1.

SXMB_ADM, Change Specific Configuration. Then RUNTIME, LOGGING_SYNC, 1
