Hi T&E guru's,
We have a requirement to generate an annual report of Trips for an employee which should be having details like Trip number, date, Individual expense types, approver name, approval date, trip location. If you have generated this customized report please let me know.

Do you maintain any 'Z' tables?
If so let us know these tables and purpose. With which i can give you the logic.

if u want to use SAP Query -> S_PH0_48000510 - Ad Hoc Query - TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
you can have report on trip number, date, Individual expense types, trip location. but not for approver name.
you can create customize report base on user requirement.
