Auto TO Creation

Dear Friends

I have done all the relevant settings for auto TO creation for storage type 920 ( Stock Transfer). The TO is getting created for all the warehouse number except for one warehouse. I have double checked the settings and compared it with other warehouse numbers. I find no difference between the same. Can any one suggest what can go wrong with the settings

pls Check the controll parameters for the Warehouse in LE>WM>Master data & OMKZ, OMLR settings.

Which setting you have made? Have you maintained the WMTA output ? for the missing entity?

The immediate TO creation is happening for movement type 311 in the same warehouse for stock transfers. Upon the IM-MM Transaction a TR and TO is getting created automatically for 311 but NOT for 301. hence i assume that WMTA settings must be accurate. however can you please help find this settings

Hello Anand,

Movement type 301 is used as transfer posting from plant to plant as 1 step procedure.

This type of stock transfer can only be carried out in Inventory Management. Here Shipping in the issuing plant nor Purchasing in the receiving plant is involved in the process.In this quantity is directly posted from the unrestricted-use stock of the issuing plant to the unrestricted-use stock of the receiving plant .So transfer order is not involved with movement type 301

Thanks for your reply.

When Warehouse Management is active for the relevant storage locations, the system shall create an auto TR for the goods movement in the warehouse and TR must be converted to a TO for stock removal and placement.

This is applicable for all physical and logical movements of materials in the warehouse.

So the problem is creation of immediate Transfer Order ( TO) . With the same settings for other warehouse numbers, the system is generating TO imm-dly, but for this particular warehouse 101, the system is not generating the immediate TO

Check OMLR again for your WH and mvnt type 301 - Table T321-TAFKZ.

The settings are fine in OMLR, Howeve when i look into the table LTBK for the transfer requirement, the field Immediate TO is not activiated.

do you feel there are some settings that are pending? Please let me know

Check below setting for your WH no.

1.LE-WM-Activities-Transfers---Set Up Autom. TO Creation for TRs / Posting Change Notices

Here need to maintain control data for Auto T.O creation and then auto T.O indicator need to be assigned in Movement tyype 301 ( Autmatic T.O field should have value not blank)

2. Check the settings in LE-WM Interface to Inventory Management (OMLR) against your WH no & mvt type 301

Here Immediatae T.o creation filed should be "A".
