Selection ID creation authorization in planning book

Hi ,

Users are unable to create there own selection id from planning book. Even Selection window is not there. can you please tell for which Authorization Obj. need to be asigned to user role.. so that they can create there own selection ID . we have given access to MC77 . still selection window is not apparing

Hi Rajesh,

The main authorization objects that guide the selections are C_APO_SEL2 and C_APO_SEL3. You have a bunch of options to manage the type of access you want to give to users.

Also any time you are hit with a authorization issue, have the redo the function where the failure occurred or suspect authorization issue, then immediately go to SU53. This transaction gives you which role the user is missing.
