Duration Analysis in Work Center: Template Missing?

Hi Experts,

I was wondering how to set up the duration analysis reporting in work centers? By the time I hit the button a new window opens that tells: "Error loading template 0SPR_CONTROLLER". (I can run the AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT in the SAP GUI)

Is there a guidance to this?

Hi,

No, your solution manager has BI components in it. The error comes as it try to reach out a BI template, and the reason could be missing BI roles.. you can get the information about BI role in your security guide and assign as per your requirement .
