employee tax reference is not valid

Hi all

Is there anyone who is aware of singapore payroll. actually i am having an error Employee tax reference no. is not valid when running ir8a report. Can anyone guide me to correct this error. as i have checked infotype 179, 185 and 186 all in place. i dont know why this error is coming.
