Unable to create contract using me31k - SAP Community

Hi,

While creating contract using ME31K, once click on save button it is throwing belwo error.

No control entry exists for document type KWK for GTS call

Is it any configuration problem or process problem?

Please help.

check your contract customization settings

Checked everything in customizing.. the cause of error is not known
