Failed to create calculation scenario when activating PA

I added around 30 new key figures on a planning area copied from SAP2. When activating this PA, I received error message "Failed to create calculation scenario" - see below.

When I check this PA, all key figures are showing in active status now. Also one of the Information message in log shows "Planning area is activated". But it's actually not activated.

Since this error message doesn't point to any specific key figures, there is no clue where to start investigation.

Can anybody please help throw some lights here?

Hi Wilson,

It is very difficult to identify the root cause. Please raise OOS message to SAP.

or

I suggest to copy SAP 4 planning area and test.
