Hello Experts,
We have GATP -SCM for product availability check for sales order which are created in ECC.
We are have recently migrated our servers to different location but users are facing an problem while creating a sales order. The product availability check which goes in SCM, takes long time than before.
Can logic or any parameter to be looked to fix this..

Rahul,
Logic tells you that if nothing else has changed, then you must suspect something associated with the move to the new location.
Assuming that the new server hardware/OS/DB/applications are identical to the old servers, then the main culprit to look at would be data traffic between the locations.
However, if the hardware changed, or if any settings were modified during the changeover, then you have a much tougher job narrowing down the possible problems, and correcting them. I couldn't begin to troubleshoot such matters.
There are consulting companies who specialize in troubleshooting, and tweaking settings, for such problems.
