I am researching a requirement to provide areas in the template for a Manager and Employee to each have a separate comment area. I have created a column for Employee Comments and pulled it into the template.
Employee Comments... no value list, no value determination, optional entry and "_Note_" is configured in Column tab.
The Employee comment column is displayed on the correct tab, with a note, but there is an additional box that looks like it is expecting a numeric value to be entered.
1. For a text comment box, am I approaching this correctly ? Should I be defining a value list for the comments field ? How ?
2. OR Should this be the 'objective' column with a note.
The requirement for comments is pervasive throughout our review, so solving this issue is huge for me right now.
