Shopping cart creating 2 orders for the same request

Hi

i am relatively new to CRM 7 and to its Webchannel.

i have a query on this.

When we order an item through the shopping cart and if we keep the order in draft status, it generates an order no. I am currently not able to submit the same order that is in draft order , i can see only a delete button.I can submit this by going to the mini cart page, but this again generates a new order no.

Those orders that get created are to be pushed to XI for some reason. Because of this problem, a user taking this route to order an item gets 2 order numbers and we are confused which order is to be pushed to XI.

When we were using CRM4.0, we used to see a message window that says the "transaction does not allow printing." when we open the order in CRMD_ORDER transaction ,for those orders that is kept in drafs mode. But this doesnt happen in CRM 7.0.

Could you please tell me how this configuration can be changed?
