Flash Islands and Custom Portal theme

Hello,

The "Team Goals" application in "Talent Management" has a flash island in it. Although the other webdynpro abap applications pick up the custom portal theme, including the webdynpro abap part of "Team Goals", the flash island part doesnt use the custom portal theme. Webdynpro ABAP is on 7.01

So the question is, How can a flash island from an abap webdynpro be forced to use custom portal theme.
