Hi All;
We are using SRM 7.
In price comparison details for every line, the system sometimes indicates the highest price by RED color and the lowest price by Green color. However, sometimes, it is not shoiwng the lowest price as green, it shows only the highest price as RED.
My question:
Why the system sometimes indicates the lowest & highest price by color for some lines but for other lines it Does NOT?
Dear All;
My issue is resolved. To share information, I raised OSS message and SAP provided note: 1569131.

Hi,
It is the standard behaviour in SRM , which shows colours based on the values i.e lowest or highest.

The standard feature should be to show the lowest(green) and highest(red) bid prices on bid comparison screen for all items that has bids. However one scenario I can think of in your case is that the item has only 1 bid, in which case it is both the highest and lowest bid price. And the system could only choose to indicate it one way (green or red), but not both.
Check your RFQ and if there are more than 1 bid for the problematic item. If so, and only 1 color is shown, you should consider creating an OSS message to SAP as it is likely a bug in the feature.
