Trouble to unload/load repository despite required access

Hi Everyone,

I have trouble to unload/load repository.I have contacted basis team and came to know that there are no access issues.

I am informed that there is necessary privilege assigned to my user ID to perform changes on a repository through console.

Yet i have problems trying to perform changes with the repository.Suggestions will be of great help!

If you can connect to repository from MDM Console.

Could you check your user role permissions, please?

Short step by step guide:

- Login to repository from Console

- Select Admin->Users

- in users table, search your user and memorize his role

- Select Admin->Roles

- Search role - select it- open tab "Functions"

- In tree Search "Administration" tree node

- Check your permission for load/unload repository

Another cause:

You cannot load your repository because it contain some errors

You chould start "Repair" before loading

Another one:

You repository is too big and you didn't have enough free drive space
