Hi HCM Experts,
I need to compare the date on which "Disability leave" action is run for an employee with golive date,
If the disability action is run after golive date then the pcr should consider new logic,
if before golive date the pcr should conisder old logic,
Can any one suggest me the operation to consider for comparing the Disability leave action start date with the golive
date.
