Hi All,

There is a Requirement from the client for Fright condition.

This fright cost needs to be determined from the Info. Record level first as its more specific.

In case If the Info Record doesn't have any specific Fright, then it should pick default Fright conditions.

Eventhough Fright is Supplementary condition, we have decided to create a new Access sequesnce to address the issue.

So for standard condition type FRA1, we have created & assigned access sequence at Vendor Level.

So that the system will first look for info Recor, If no fright condition exist in the Info record, system will adopt the condition from the condition record. Now the problem here is its picking both the fright conditions in the PO. Could you please suggest If any requirement needs to be added in the schema.

Thanks in advance

Aswin

Hi Aswin,

In spro you can define for the access sequence that you have defined the:

"Exclusive condition access" which Controls whether the system stops searching for a record after the first successful access for a condition type within an access sequence.

So your first search should be through the inforecord (If the access if found and you set this indicator) the system will stop searching!.

You define this flag in:

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -->Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Conditions --> Define Price Determination Process --> Define Access Sequences

Kind regads,

Federico
