Planned Order is not getting passed/copied into MRP in MTO scenario

Hi Experts,

Our client business process is MTO. when i do MRP run in MD02 and when i am looking in MD04 system is directly creating production order without planned order . I made the assemble order crequirement-class1-sd.pngavailability-check-sd.pngonfiguration for automatic change of dates from production order to sales order in requirement class.

But in this business case my planned orders are not getting generating.Please put some light on this issue.For reference purpose am supporting screen shots of requirement class and availability check.

Hi Guru's,

In addition to my above text am providing some more information, When i am creating sales order at back end production order is also generated which i don't want .because without planned order don't want any production order.Please help me on this.

1) I have configured ATO in requirement class ZKEK where i made configuration changes like assembly type as 2.and assigned order type as ZP01 ,online assembly as 3.

Please reply me on this.
