Multi user working on Sales order

Hi Guru's,

We have created a sales order for 2600 Mt and when we are going for delivery one user can process that document for delivery and billing, if other user want to create delivery at the same time it was locked by the used.

SO please suggest me to how to use the multiuser facility for this order processing.

If this senario does not works then we have to pay demarage charges To railway department.

Instead of looking for multiple user IDs, you can execute VL06G for bulk deliveries and bulk invoicing can be executed VF04 or VF06 for background job

My senario is i have a single order for huge amount of quantity, the delivery is done in partial delivery qty.

and commercial and excise invoice made as usual.

But creating multiple delivery's by two or more users is not possible in sap.

please guide me in this.

Just create delivery for each partial lot and save. This wont be taking much time. Next as I said above, execute VL06G so that system will do bulk PGI. Finally, for these PGId deliveries, you can do bulk invoicing either via VF04 or VF06. Of course, you can do bulk excise invoice via J1I3.

But in Vl06g there no pgi is happening in that t code.

The msg what i am getting is WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_GDSI.

please suggest me how to make this.

Hi Abdul,

If one user is using the Sales order for Delivery and billing and at same time another user wants to use same Sales order then it will give error message something linke Sales order or material locked by user

But if another user try to create Delivery or billing once first user completed his process then you will not get error.

This is Standard Functionalitity and better not to change this one as this may cause over Delivery and Over billing

Hi Vishal,

We cant deliver the total at a time, because each truck can carry up to 10mt at one time. so we are creating 250 deliverys and excise invoices.

in order to make dlivery and invoice and excise invoice and printing it is taking time.

so that's is the reason they want to use the multi user.

Other wise they have to pay demarage charges to railway depart pereach hour.

please guide me how to make this.
