CKMDUVACT error in distribution

I got "Error in Distribution" when i execute tcode CKMDUVACT.

Please advice how to check on the matter.

Type CKMDUVACT and search OSS notes.. there are lot of notes available in OSS (Service.sap.com/notes)

If that does not help, do paste your error no and detail analysis here
