Unable to get Asset list in S_ALR_87011964

Dear Experts,

We have an issue with transction S_ALR_87011964 where one of ouruser unable to get the asset list and getting message as "No Data found".

But for other users, they are getting data, I tried SU53, ST01 everything and also i assigned same access as other users who are getting data and also assigned parametrs in SU01 but still user unable to get data.

Even i tried SAP_ALL with out any success,

Please advise what could be the issue. any settings needs to be changed for user?

Hi,

I tried in Test system for that user and works fine, But only in Production the user gets no data. I gave him another ID whihc is exactly the same as user and when he tries with that ID, it works.

But his own ID gives no data. Is there any chance of some old user variables set for that transaction and it only picks that criteria instead of the inputs given by user?

if so where should i check those settings or variable?

Hi

Have you checked the selection criteria? I have come across many users coming up with this issue finally to find out the issue being in the selection criteria. E.g wrong report date.

I would suggest you to request the user to create a variant with the selection parameters he/she uses and then you or any other person whom you say is able to run give it a try.
